Disclaimer

We must let you know that while we actually possess much more knowledge about the healing powers of herbs and medicinal plants, we must be very cautious about what we convey to you.

For one: in general, it is a difficult area in commerce to say anything regarding “health” or “healing”. So we will always express ourselves very cautiously when we talk about what certain herbs can do for you. We will use wording such as “can help” or “might support you”, or terms such as “historically” or “evidence based”.

We cannot make any promises either way. We are no scholarly doctors and we cannot give medical advice – even if we could, our information is remote and anonymous — we don’t know you in person and therefore EVERYTHING we teach and inform you about is for educational purposes only.

Always check if you are allergic to any ingredients, plants, herbs or components of them, and especially if you are allergic to a whole plant family.

Course Content and Information in Blogs for Grown Up Human Beings Only

All recipes in our courses and the website are for grown-ups, unless otherwise stated clearly. Do not use them on children without further research! Especially small children and babies are very sensitive to certain plants, and also to essential oils.

This also goes for your pets!! Don’t administer anything to your pets which you have read about as a remedy for humans without research first! Well, in most cases you will know that many pets will refuse contact with essential oils for example, anyways. But while some animals are very good at discerning what is good for them, others seem to have lost their instincts. Don’t underestimate the effect of sprays, etc.

Consult with your doctor
In regard to your health, pregnancy, underlying conditions, when taking medication, etc. — please consult with your doctor or heealth care provider before using any natural remedies.

Lastly, our courses are giving advice and are for informational purposes only. They are neither designed as education for health care practitioners of any kind nor for you to substitute a visit to your GP. We cannot and will not guarantee any specific healing powers of specific herbs. Herbs vary greatly in their contents, even when growing in the same spot, but at different times, and it also depends on your own body, ailments, and what else you are consuming. All material in the courses is informational and on a general advice basis only.

Also be always very cautious when in doubt and also regarding the dosage – so proceed with caution always, and start with tiny amounts when in doubt.

In short:
– The blog posts and courses provide you with basic understanding and introduce you to the wonderful traits of lots of different plants. They show you an alternative, and that’s all we want.
– You will have a good understanding of why certain herbs are thought of being good for certain conditions. You will have the foundation to judge if a certain plant could potentially be beneficial to you, because of their make-up.
– The pharma industry and medicine / health care system in most countries in this world at present seem to strive to prevent people from having knowledge of alternative remedies. For that reason, many alternative remedies or components are forbidden or cannot be sold. They also cannot be promoted openly, nor certain herbs for certain purposes. The list changes from country to country, but in general ranges from essential oils to specific remedies and components. Sometimes, alternative treatments for certain conditions are forbidden altogether.

Herbs and healing plants have kept humanity alive for a very, very long time. It is only now that we as a society (or humankind) can go through these times and the health care sector and doctors act as if “alternative” natural remedies, and anti-viral herbs in particular, didn’t exist. Listen to your gut instinct.

When you buy any form of herbs or essential oils, please make sure to choose good quality. Always! choose organic (certified) products, or the chemical residues might do more harm than the product does good. Grow your own whenever possible.
